Delete your account and data

Kansopace works without an account. Your room, notes, statistics, mon and purchases are stored on your phone, and nothing about you is stored on our servers.

Inside the app

There is no account to delete. To erase your data, uninstall Kansopace. To stop sending usage data and crash reports, turn off Settings > Privacy > Share usage data. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google and stay with your store account. A deleted account cannot be restored.

What is deleted

  • On your device: your room, notes, focus statistics, mon balance, profile name and avatar, and settings. Uninstalling the app removes them.
  • Device backups: if your phone backs up app data (Google backup on Android, iCloud on iPhone), a copy lives in your own backup until you delete it there.
  • Usage data and crash reports: sent to Google Firebase only while Share usage data is on. They are linked to a random app identifier, not to you.

Email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete it for you.
