memoly/ˈmiː.mo.li/
Memo, a short note to your future self, with a soft ending that makes it feel friendly rather than formal. A name for the small things you write down so you can stop holding them in your head.
Note apps tend to become either too bare to organise anything or too heavy to open quickly. We wanted something in between: instant to capture, calm to browse, and private by default, because notes are some of the most personal data we have.
Headings, lists, checklists, quotes, colours and highlights from a toolbar above the keyboard. Type / at the start of a line for quick formatting, and undo or redo any step.
Add photos, voice recordings, drawings, extra text pages and files right inside a note. Long-press + to save a quick note, drawing, voice note or photo in one step.
Memoly reads the text in your photos and inside PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and more when you attach them, so search finds what a file says, not just its name. It all happens on your phone.
On Android, scan documents with the camera into clean PDF pages. On any phone, the text in your photos is read on the device and becomes searchable.
Daily, weekly, monthly or yearly, or pick weekdays with their own times. The Reminders tab groups everything into overdue, today, tomorrow and upcoming.
Move notes to Private and open them with your phone's biometrics or passcode, or with a Memoly password if you prefer.
Note history shows each edit as a before and after. Restore an earlier version with one tap.
Say “Quick note, buy milk” or “Show archive” and Memoly does it, in English or Turkish, using your phone's speech recognition. Dictate into any note, or have a note read aloud.
Nothing in Memoly’s look is decoration. Here is what the icon, each colour and each typeface stands for.
A single rounded M, drawn in one soft stroke with its tips curled, the way you would write it in a hurry. Orange shading into yellow on near-black: warm, quick and easy to find on a crowded home screen.
#F97306The brand colour: warm and energetic, the colour of a note you do not want to lose.
#1B1B1AThe ground behind the icon and the dark theme, so your notes are what shines.
#282828Surfaces in the dark theme, one step above the ground so every note has an edge.
#00BCD4One of the accent colours you can switch to: the cool opposite of the default orange, for people who want a calmer app.
Round and even, it keeps quick, messy notes looking tidy. Your notes are yours, so the typeface is too.
