Evrak is Turkish for documents and paperwork, from the Arabic for leaves of paper. Eureka is Greek for "I have found it". Evraka is the moment you finally find the file you knew was somewhere on your phone.
Everyone has a phone full of files they cannot find again. You remember what a file says, not what it is called, and file names only go so far. Evraka looks where the answer is: inside the file, on your phone, without sending anything anywhere.
Type a word you remember and Evraka finds the PDF, Word file, sheet, slide or note that holds it, and shows you the line it is on. Open the file and it jumps to the match. Case and accents don't matter: "odeme" finds "Ödeme", and "invoice" finds "invoices" too.
Evraka reads the text in your photos, screenshots and scanned pages, so a receipt or a photo of a whiteboard turns up when you search for a word on it. Text recognition runs on your phone.
Search "cat", "beach" or "receipt" and Evraka finds the photos that show one, even when there is no text in them. Each picture is recognised on the device; nothing is uploaded.
Turn on speech search and Evraka writes down what is said in your videos and voice recordings, so a word you remember finds the recording and plays it from that moment. It stays off until you turn it on, and the listening happens on your phone. iPhone needs iOS 26 or later.
On iPhone, add iCloud Drive, Downloads, On My iPhone or any folder once, and Evraka keeps up with it: new, changed and deleted files are picked up every time you come back. On Android, allow access to your files once and Evraka searches internal storage and SD cards.
Search works without an internet connection, and your files, photos and recordings never leave your phone. Evraka never changes, moves or deletes a file: you can open it, share it or open it in another app.
Nothing in Evraka’s look is decoration. Here is what the icon, each colour and each typeface stands for.
A magnifying lens whose top-right edge lifts and rolls over like the edge of a papyrus scroll. The lens is the sheet of paper, so search and documents are one shape, not two objects side by side. Every end is round, in a matte gradient from papyrus gold to ochre on warm charcoal.

The text inside PDF, Word (DOCX), Excel (XLSX), PowerPoint (PPTX), OpenDocument, RTF, EPUB, CSV, plain text, Markdown, HTML, JSON, XML, subtitle and code files, the text in JPG, PNG, HEIC and WEBP images, and what those photos show. With speech search on, also what is said in videos and voice recordings. Every other file, including old .doc and .xls files, is found by its name.
No. Reading files, recognising text and objects in photos and writing down speech all happen on your phone. Evraka never sends your files, file names, searches or recordings anywhere.
No. Evraka only reads. You can open a file, share it or open it in another app, but Evraka never changes, moves or deletes anything.
iPhone apps only see the folders you give them. Add iCloud Drive, Downloads, On My iPhone or any other folder once and Evraka keeps it up to date. Anything you put in Files > On My iPhone > Evraka is always searched. iCloud files that are not on your phone yet are found by their name; Evraka never downloads them by itself.
To search your whole phone, Evraka needs Android's All files access. It uses it only to read internal storage and SD cards. Hidden folders and other apps' private folders are skipped.
It is off until you turn it on in Settings. On iPhone with iOS 26 or later, Evraka uses Apple's on-device speech models; the system may download a language model once. On Android, Evraka downloads an open speech model once (about 190 MB, over Wi-Fi) on phones with enough memory. On both, it can also detect the language of each recording by itself (on iPhone this uses the same open model, and Apple's model writes down the languages it knows). Languages: Turkish, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic, Hindi, Indonesian, Korean and Vietnamese, where the phone supports them. The audio never leaves your phone. Turn it off and Evraka forgets everything it wrote down and deletes the model.
Documents are quick. Photos and recordings are heavier, so Evraka slows down when the phone gets warm, waits when it is hot, in Low Power Mode or when the battery is low, and does recordings last, after your documents and photos. What is left can carry on overnight while your phone charges.
Yes. Searching needs no connection. The only downloads are the speech models, and only if you turn on speech search.
No. There is no sign-up, no sign-in and nothing synced to a server.
Only anonymous crash reports and usage stats, through Firebase, and you can turn them off in Settings > Share usage data. Never your files, file names, folders or what you search for.
