Cycle and mood, understood
She logs her cycle, mood, energy and symptoms; once you pair, her partner sees the current phase and day and her latest check-in, never the history. Context for a hard day, not a diagnosis.
ruyue/ɻúː.jɥè/
From Chinese 如月: "like the moon". The moon is always there, changes in phases and is shared by two people looking at the same sky from different places.
The pieces of a shared life are scattered across chats, notes and calendars, and the apps meant for couples often feel like social feeds. We wanted a space built on privacy first: letters and the vault are end-to-end encrypted, location keeps no history, and nothing is ever public.

Write a letter, seal it and send it now, or pick the day it opens with Premium. Letters are end-to-end encrypted on your phones and deleted from our server once opened; save one as an image to keep it.
Send a photo that can be opened once, or a Whisper: a voice note up to five seconds long. Both are deleted once they've been seen or heard, and never land in an album.
Shared lists with live checkboxes, countdowns to the days that matter, a joint income and spending ledger and each other's sizes for the next gift.
Share your live location until you turn it off, with a notification on your phone the whole time. Only your latest point is kept, and it's deleted when you stop. No history.
Turn on battery sharing and send a quick “plug in” nudge; you're both alerted when a phone drops to 15%. An online dot and a status show when the other is around, and you can switch that off.
Passwords, cards, addresses and notes, encrypted on your phone with your passphrase. The server stores only what it can't read. Share items with your partner one by one.
A relationship assistant powered by Google Gemini answers questions about the two of you, using your partner's profile only if they agree. Personality tests and a compatibility profile build up over time. Think of it as a conversation starter, never a verdict.
Nothing in Ruyue’s look is decoration. Here is what the icon, each colour and each typeface stands for.
Two strands, one gold and one periwinkle, crossing at a single point of light on a night-blue ground. Two separate lives that meet in one shared moment, under the same moon the name comes from.
#12141DA night sky rather than black. The palette avoids pure black on purpose, so the app never feels cold.
#1E2029Cards and sheets, a shade lighter than the sky, like clouds in moonlight.
#D4B886The brand colour, taken from moonlight. Gold belongs to no gender, which is why it replaces the usual pink and blue.
#E5D0A1The same gold catching more light, for highlights.
#FDF9EDText in a warm white, never a harsh one.
Geometric and calm, elegant without feeling formal.
Warm, open letterforms made for reading the things two people write to each other.

No. Cycle information in Ruyue is for awareness and context between partners. It is not a diagnosis, not contraception guidance, and not a substitute for medical advice.
Your current cycle phase and day and your latest check-in (mood, energy, symptoms and note), not your history. Location and battery only if you turn them on. Your online status is shown by default and can be switched off in Settings.
No. Letters are end-to-end encrypted on your phones and our server stores only ciphertext. Once a letter is opened it is deleted from the server; you can save it as an image first.
No. Only your latest point is stored, and it is deleted when you stop sharing. Sharing runs until you turn it off, with a notification on your phone the whole time.
Vault entries are encrypted on your device with your passphrase before they leave it. The server stores the encrypted data and never receives the passphrase or the key that could read it. If you forget it, use your one-time recovery code; we can't reset it.
More letters, snaps and voice notes at once, kept until they're opened; letters dated for the future that you can take back; monthly AI credits with in-depth answers and plans; and special-day reminders ahead of time. When one of you subscribes, the other gets Premium too.
