Delete your account and data

Locck works without an account. Your notes are stored in an encrypted database on your phone, and nothing about you or your notes is stored on our servers.

Inside the app

There is no account to delete. To erase your notes, delete them in the app or uninstall Locck. Purchases are handled by Apple or Google: cancel an active subscription in your store account. A deleted account cannot be restored.

What is deleted

  • On your device: your notes, reminders, pins and settings. Deleting a note or uninstalling the app erases them.
  • Device backups: if your phone backs up app data (Google backup on Android, iCloud on iPhone), a copy lives in your own backup until you delete it there.
  • Exported files: a notes file you exported yourself stays wherever you saved it.

Email us from the address you signed up with and we will delete it for you.

Email requests are completed within 7 business days after we verify the request comes from the account owner.
